Connie Ramsey opened Belleville Child Care Center in 1975. More than five decades later, she continues to oversee the program on a daily basis.
Her son, John Ramsey, has worked at the center since 2008 and serves as co-director. John holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University and a CDA through Washtenaw Community College.
Our story is one of family, continuity, and a lasting connection to the Belleville community. Together, Connie and John carry that commitment into the center’s daily program.

A hot lunch is prepared daily, with snacks throughout the day. Visit our weekly menu and speak with us about your child’s dietary needs.
Indoor activities and our adjacent outdoor playground give children opportunities for creative play, movement, and supervised time with friends.
Our entrance uses individual access codes for staff and families. Please contact the center about visitor and pickup procedures.
